冷敷法：
将眼罩（面罩）放入冰箱冷藏室预冷，1小时后取出使用，急用时可放入冰箱冷冻室预冷，使用时佩戴于眼部即可。
热敷法：
可以用微波炉或者热水来准备热敷的眼罩或者面罩
1、使眼罩或者面罩沉浸在沸腾后的热水中大约4-6分钟
2、把眼罩或者面罩放入装有热水的容器中，然后放入微波炉中用中火加热约1分钟。
好处：
1、改善眼部微血管循环、消除改善用眼疲劳、恢复睫状肌弹性。
2、改善用脑过度引起的头晕眼花、健忘、厌食等不适感，减轻偏头痛、神经衰弱、失眠等脑疲劳综合症。
3、消除眼袋、黑眼圈、增强眼部周围皮肤的光洁度和弹性。
注意事项：
1、眼罩（面罩）仅供外用，如内容物接触眼睛或皮肤，应用清水彻底清洗。
2、如不慎误食内容物，应饮下大量清水及尽量吐出，必要时应联系医生。
3、为防止温度过低，刚开始使用时最好用毛巾或棉布包裹，如使用者循环系统有病，应先请教医生。
